It is our responsibility to ensure that shipments reach you safely, therefore you will not incur any additional costs should your order become lost during shipping.

Misdirected Shipments

It is our responsibility to ensure that shipments reach you safely, therefore you will not incur any additional costs should your order be misdirected during shipping providing that you gave us the correct address for delivery at checkout.

If you provided an incorrect address at checkout and your order has been returned to us then we will re-ship to the correct address. Whether you will need to pay the additional costs for re-shipping will be at our discretion.

If you provided an incorrect address at checkout and your order has not been returned to us we will make attempts for the order to be returned to us and re-shipped to you. There are no guarantees that we will be able to affect a successful return of your order. In the event we cannot affect a return of the order it will be completely at our discretion as to what action to take.

UK Shipping Methods

Free Local Delivery - 2 mile Radius

We offer free delivery to postal codes within a 2 mile radius of BD13 1PD. We deliver on a Tuesday and Friday evening between 17:00 and 21:00.

Free Shipping for Order Over £80- UK Only

UK customers placing orders of £80 or more will qualify for free shipping. Please note that there are a small number of items that are excluded from free shipping due to being bulky items, this will be indicated on the product page.

We will select the most suitable method of shipping based on the size and total weight of the packaged order, we will typically use either:

We withhold the right to split orders into multiple shipments where this provides better value without compromising speed and safety of delivery to yourself.

Royal Mail

Royal Mail offer a range of services that aim to deliver within different time frames, with or without tracking, and with or without signature upon delivery. Further details of the services we use are below.

For all services, Royal Mail may be unable to delivery an item because no-one is home and it's too big to fit through the letter box or requires a signature. In these instances they should leave a 'Something for you card' to let you know where your item is. If possible they will leave parcels with a neighbour, but if not they'll return it to your local Customer Service Point or Delivery Office.

You can request redelivery of missed items online at royalmail.com/redelivery. You could also collect your item in person and you will need your 'Something for you card' and proof of ID.

Royal Mail will only hold items at a local Customer Service Point or Delivery Office for 18 days after which they will return the item to us.

Depending on the total size and weight of your order it may need to be sent via a courier service.

Typically a courier service will not deliver to a PO BOX address so when selecting courier as the shipping method you must provide a valid street address for delivery.

Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand

 We are more than happy to ship to these locations though we currently cannot offer this via the website. If you would like to make an order to be shipped to Europe, North America, Australia or New Zealand you can contact us for a shipping quote and to place the order directly.
