Our Guarantee

All products sold by Black Star Games Ltd are guaranteed to be genuine quality items. All products will be in original packaging and brand new and in mint condition unless otherwise clearly noted in the product description.

Returns

In all instances you should contact Black Star Games prior to returning any goods. Failure to do so may result in the returned goods not being accepted.

Cancelled Orders

We understand that customers may have second thoughts after placing an order or the goods received are no longer wanted. Not to worry we have you covered.

Orders can be cancelled anytime up to 30 days after receiving your order.

We may ask you the reason for the cancellation to help us to better understand our customers and provide a better service. You are not under any obligation to provide a reason and this will not affect cancellation.

Orders Cancelled Prior to Dispatch

You will received a full refund including shipping costs.

Orders Cancelled After Dispatch

Returned goods, or proof of postage, must be received within 14 days of cancelling the order.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the goods and goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. This means the goods must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused.

Providing that these conditions are met you will receive a full refund for the the goods and cost of standard shipping. This means that if you opted to have the order sent by a method other than our standard shipping you will only be refunded the value of the standard shipping. Please see our Shipping Policy for information on our standard shipping.

If goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to reduce the refunded value by 50% or refuse the return completely.

Faulty Goods

Whilst we do our very best to ensure that the goods we dispatch are in the condition advertised there may be unfortunate occasions where the goods received are faulty.

Within 30 Days of Receipt of the Order

If you notify us of any faulty goods within 30 days of receipt of the order we will offer a suitable resolution, including a full refund. Whatever the resolution offered there will be no further cost to you.

If you are required to return any goods as part of a resolution we will either provide you with a prepaid shipping label or refund you up to the cost of standard shipping upon receipt of the goods or proof of postage.

Within 6 Months of Receipt of the Order

If you notify us of any faulty goods after 30 days but within 6 month of receipt of the order we will offer a suitable resolution, though this may not include a full refund. Whatever the resolution offered there will be no further cost to you.

If you are required to return any goods as part of a resolution we will either provide you with a prepaid shipping label or refund you up to the cost of standard shipping upon receipt of the goods or proof of postage.
